A network group session which brings together designated safeguarding leads from Luton maintained schools, academies and independent schools. The focus of each session will be driven by local and national agenda, learning messages and best practice. It will provide an opportunity to update safeguarding knowledge, reflect on practice and engage in peer group supervision. Due to the large numbers of participants attending, numbers have been set at two attendees per base. Space permitting this will be opened up for additional participants one week before event. Details of the content of each session will be sent out to providers by email prior to the event. This training is funded for Luton establishments. All other participants will be charged £87.50. Where participants have registered and are accepted onto courses there is an expectation they will cancel their place, via the schoolsupport.luton.gov.uk website or will contact firstname.lastname@example.org (within forty eight hours of the course start time) if they are unable to attend. Failure to do so will result in being charged £25 per delegate place. Delegates who attend this session without booking a place will be charged £25.00 per place in addition to any course fee.
