Free network meetings for Designated Teachers and other staff working with Looked after Children. Keep up to date with local and national initiatives and have time to reflect on your work with other colleagues in Luton schools.

It is highly recommended that you attend these meetings for your professional development and to ensure that you are up to date with all
legislative changes.

To keep Designated Teachers informed of current legislation and good practice.

Termly dates are: 10/05/2018, 16/10/2018 and 16/01/2019: places on these sessions are bookable separately

This training is funded. However where participants have registered and are accepted onto courses there is an expectation that they will contact schoolsupportcourses@luton.gov.uk to cancel their place (within forty eight working hours of the course start time) if they are unable to attend. It is the responsibility of the attendee to sign the register otherwise this will count as non-attendance. Failure to attend/sign in will result in being charged a £25 administration charge.
